Mount Hope Plantation

Mount Hope Plantation, which may be the oldest surviving private residence in the state of Louisiana, survived the Civil War and managed to avoid the extensive rebuilding which has often compromised the ante-bellum character of homes which approach it in age (it was constructed sometime between 1795 and 1817). Bed and Breakfast style accomodations.
*Weddings, Receptions, Luncheons, Tea Parties, and Dinners*
