The commune of Erpeldange, population 2,070, is located along the
Sure River in central Luxembourg, 30 kilometers north of
Luxembourg City, 5 kilometers due west of
Diekirch, and immediately north of where the
Attert flows into the Sure at
Ettelbruck.
Burden, Erpeldange (population 822), and Ingeldorf are boroughs within the commune of Erpeldange.
The N27 roadway and N27A split both pass through Erpeldange.
