Chester Massachusetts

The Town of Chester is located on US Hwy 20 in Hampden County, midway between Pittsfield and Springfield, the county seat. The town occupies an area of about 37 sq miles, about three miles north of I-90. Nearby are Westfield River, Skyline Trail, October Mountain State Forest, Becket, Middlefield, and Otis.
