This downtown center, located in a restored 19th century fire station, displays exhibits featuring the local history of Gardner's chair-making industry. Visitors can marvel at the 6-foot chair and the Victorian gingerbread porch. There are also videotape presentations that illustrate the crafts of silversmithing and chair-making.
Ice skating is offered in the winter.
