This aquarium's seven-story main structure displays a variety of large aquatic exhibits; a new seahorse exhibit features hundreds of these charming and exotic creatures in various colors and sizes. Aquarium highlights include a 335,000-gallon Atlantic Coral Reef exhibit where more than 500 tropical reef fish can be viewed; the glass pyramid-enclosed South American Rain Forest; the interactive Chidren's Cove seashore; and one of the country's largest oceanariums, where Atlantic bottlenose dolphins enjoy a 1.2 million gallon habitat. Special group rates and express entry are available; call for more information and reservations. Located at Pier 3 on Baltimore's historic Inner Harbor, the aquarium is open daily; arrive early for tickets, especially through the summer season.
