We are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our rooms are warm, modern and very clean. All rooms come standard with 2 full size beds, bureau, a table with 2 chairs, cable tv, air conditioning, phone, alarm clock, soap, shampoo, and plenty of big, white, fluffy towels. Mini refrigerators and microwave ovens can also be supplied for extended stays and wake up calls are available upon request.
Buisiness travelers often use the Briarwood as a home base while calling on customers throughout the northern Maine region. Each room is furnished with a table and chairs and a fax machine is available for your convenience.
Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy the Briarwood's close proximity to places like Mount Katahdin, the Alagash Wilderness and the Mighty Penobscott River, not to mention the 13 pristine lakes that surround us and the miles of I.T.S. snowmobile trails that connect from points beyond right to the Briarwood.
