Loon Lodge is situated in the heart of the Allagash Lake Region. This is one of the most remote regions in the east. They specialize in quiet isolation with a touch of rustic comfort. Their camps are located 90 miles north of Greenville on Moosehead Lake, and about 50 miles northwest of Mt. Katahdin. Just the ride into Loon Lodge is full of breath taking scenery and many opportunities to see and photograph wildlife. Keeping with the tradition of the Allagash their cabins are kept rustic yet comfortable.
