Swan Lake State Park, on the shores of its namesake in the Swanville area, is one of Maine's newest parks. Follow signs from Maine Route 141 north of Swanville for excellent picnicking facilities, playground, and a beautiful group shelter area for reunions and other large gatherings. The park also offers a swimming area with lifeguard supervision.
