Brighton Recreation Area is comprised of 4,947 acres of recreational opportunities. Lakes, trails, camping sites and frontier cabins are available for visitors. The three lakes located here have easy access for boating, fishing and camping. The Brighton Recreation Area is located 5 miles Southeast of the interchange of I-96 and US-23 near Brighton.
