Grand Haven

Grand Haven is in Ottawa County (of which it is the county seat), and in the West-Southwest Region. This community is located west of Grand Rapids between Muskegon and Holland along US Highway 31 on the banks of the Grand River near Spring Lake and the shoreline of Lake Michigan.

Grand Haven is part of the Grand Rapids-Muskegon-Holland, Michigan metro area.

The town was given its name in 1835 due to its location at the mouth of the Grand River.

Today Grand Haven has grown into a major metropolitan area, with many diverse businesses and unbelievable scenery.
