Rockford Michigan

Rockford is in Kent County, and in the West-Southwest Region. This community is located just north of Grand Rapids between Muskegon and Belding along US Highway 131 near the Grand River and Silver Lake. Rockford is part of the Grand Rapids-Muskegon-Holland, Michigan metro area.

Rockford is a great town for both shopping and recreation. Its malls, downtown business district and Squires Street attract many visitors each year. As for recreation, a popular attraction is the Rogue River, where fishing, canoeing, hiking, camping and biking are at their sharpest.

Rockford comes alive several times during the year with special celebrations, including: "The Start of Summer", "Come fall in Love with Rockford" and the Harvest Festival.
