The
Kansas City Museum's permanent exhibits feature artifacts and audio/visual shows to interpret the history of the
Kansas City metropolitan region from the time of the Osage Indians to the opening of the
Hannibal Bridge in 1869. Displays in the 50-room mansion, Corinthian Hall, are exhibits depicting rivers, lands, Osage Indians, explorers and trappers and a 1910 corner drugstore with working soda fountain. Open year round, closed major holidays.
