The EBT Restaurant offers a variety of wine and dining options in its main and private dining rooms. The second floor Vintage Room can accommodate 85 people, but can be modified to accommodate a smaller group, too. It also offers catering facilities. Lunch menu includes Maryland crab cakes, chicken and wild rice soup, Caesar salad, hot pastrami and grilled sea bass with a variety of desserts and beverages while the dinner menu features lobster corn chowder, Bibb lettuce, swordfish, sautéed garlic spinach, pan seared duck breast, and filet mignon with desserts.
