Jefferson Valley Museum is housed in a restored 1914 barn, three blocks from the middle of downtown Whitehall. It records the history of the area from the American Indians who were here first, through trappers, homesteaders and railroad builders. It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Tuesday to Sunday, noon to 4:00.
