Drummond Public Library, serving an area of 1,100 residents, has a collection of 4,200 books and periodicals; in addition, there are 4 CDs, records, cassettes and other audio materials44 video items, such as DVDs and VHS tapes.
Staffing consists of one employee, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $500. Patrons make 1,470 visits annually, and check out materials 4,400 times. Fourteen percent of all check-outs are children's materials.
