Biltmore Estate |
More than a century ago, George Vanderbilt created this larger-than-life country retreat in North Carolinas Blue Ridge Mountains. Its centerpiece, Biltmore House, provided 250 rooms of hospitality to family and friends. Biltmore Estate continues to offer a gracious escape from everyday life. Visitors can marvel at the grandeur of Americas largest home filled with Vanderbilts collection of fine art and antiques, or stroll through gardens created by Americas father of landscape architecture, Frederick Law Olmsted. Also available are estate-raised foods, and award-winning vintages at Biltmores winery.
