Lillington

Lillington is located in Harnett County (of which it is the county seat) between Raleigh and Fayetteville along US Hwy 401 on the banks of the Cape Fear River near Sanford, Buies Creek, and Raven Rock State Park.

The town is named for Alexander Lillington, patriot during the Revolutionary War.
