The Downeast Rover is located at the Manteo Waterfront Marina in Old Town
Manteo. They offer three two-hour cruises per day from port Manteo, NC. In addition to normal schedule, the Downeast Rover is available for private functions including weddings, birthdays, business meetings, or for any events.
