Zebulon B. Vance State Historic Site

Zebulon B. Vance served as governor of North Carolina from 1862-1865 and 1877-79 and was known as North Carolina's "Civil War Governor."

The site contains the reconstructed two-story log home in which he was born, six farm buildings and a visitor center/museum.
