North Bend is located in
Dodge County just west of
Fremont, between
Schuyler and Fremont along the banks of the Platte River and US Hwy 30 (part of the Fremont Metropalitan Area).
The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 1,271, an increase of 22 since 1990.
A few popular attractions for this community are North Bend's new 18 hole golf course, City Park and Heated Outdoor Pool. The Platte River is also a great spot for various water activities.
