Clark House Museum Complex

Located across from Huggins Hospital on Main Street, this complex is a cluster of three historic buildings on the village green. Pleasant Valley School, an 1820 one-room schoolhouse, features 19th century desks and the Wolfeboro Society Library. The Monitor Engine Co. Firehouse Museum is a replica of an 1862 firehouse with restored firefighting equipment, including a horse-drawn hose wagon and a 1872 steam pumper. Clark House is a typical Colonial farmhouse furnished in period.
