Brigantine

Brigantine is located in Atlantic County, in the Atlantic City Region, about four miles northeast of Atlantic City near the Absecon Inlet. It is situated on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

Brigantine is part of the Atlantic-Cape May, New Jersey metro area. Brigantine was named for a ship wrecked here around 1710.

The Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge is nearby.
