The Canon del Rio is an adobe style main house situated on 5 restful acres in Jemez Springs. It has six private rooms decorated Southwestern style each with a private bath. All have French doors that break out onto the enclosed courtyard with a tiered fountain. The entire inn has year-round climate control which includes A/C and radiant heat. A big screen satellite TV/VCR/DVD with wraparound seating is available in the grand common room. A gourmet breakfast is served in the large common room. In addition to the inn, a 100 year old adobe Pueblo House next to the main building is available for 2 or more days, which includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, and bath. The surroundings include cottonwoods, hiking trails, the Jemez River and wrap-around mesas.
