The winery, uniquely New Mexican in design, was bonded in 1993. Located in the scenic Ponderosa Valley on the southern slope of the Jemez Mountains, they specialize in estate bottled wines; the vineyards, planted in 1978, have consistently produced award-winning Riesling wines. The public is invited to visit the winery, nestled in the vineyards, where tours, tastings and sales are available. Pause and enjoy your wine sample on the gracious porch overlooking the valley and vineyards. Picnics are encouraged; tasting groups welcome by appointment.
