Our Lady of Consolation

Located on Clay Street, this Basilica is served by the Conventual Franciscans. The statue of the Virgin Mary was brought to Carey in 1875 from Luxembourg. Shrine devotions are held Sunday at 2:30pm. Three blocks west of the main church, the 23-acre park contains a memorial altar and the Stations of the Cross. Open daily 24 hours.
