The Rutherford B. Hayes Home is a 33-room Victorian-style mansion and is the centerpiece of the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center in
Fremont.
The home, library and museum, and tomb are located in a 25-acre park called Spiegel Grove. It is surrounded by a wrought iron fence with six original White House gates. The library was the first presidential library in the U.S. and remains the only library dedicated solely to the nation's 19th President.
