Aline is located in northwestern Oklahoma in Alfalfa County west of Enid just off Highway 8.
For museum buffs, the Sod House Museum just south of town reveals how life was like in 1894 on the Oklahoma prairies.
Other area attractions include the huge Byron State Fish Hatchery. 20 cultured ponds are a temporary residence for millions of walleye, bluegill and bass. Birders will enjoy a stroll through the Bluebird Nature Trail starring hundreds of bluebirds and their nests.
The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 263, a decrease of 32 since 1990.
