Located seventeen miles north of
Altus on Hwy 44A, and overlooking
Lake Altus-Lugert, this eighteen-hole, par 71 course features a resort, bent grass greens, bermuda tees and fairways.
A sea of sage and prairie grass accents the natural beauty of this deceptively flat course whose swirling winds off the dam and mountain give the holes unpredictability, like the 440-yard fourth hole, nicknamed "Headwinds". The par-five tenth hole's 600-yard drive is called "Forever" because that's how long it takes.
