University of Tulsa

The University of Tulsa is located in northeastern Oklahoma in Tulsa County and was founded in 1894 as Henry Kendall College. They are a private university affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA). The University is made up of the Colleges of Arts & Sciences; Business Administration; Engineering & Natural Sciences and Law.

Total enrollment is just over 4,000 with an average class size of 19 and a student-teacher ratio of 11-1. They offer 89 bachelor's degrees, 26 master's degrees and 11 doctoral degrees (including the J.D. degree).

The Athletic Department offers 18 men's and women's intercollegiate teams, including men's teams in basketball, cross country, football, golf, indoor track, outdoor track, soccer and tennis, and women's teams in basketball, crew, cross country, golf, indoor track, outdoor track, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball.
