The museum features railroad artifacts from Echo and the Fort Henrietta archaeological site.The museum features railroad construction era artifacts, tools, historic photos, Fort Henrietta artifacts, and mementos from Echo's history. - Fort Henrietta Park is the center of a group of historical sites visitors will enjoy. There are historical panels, a replica block house, 10 National Register Sites, and directions to Oregon Trail sites. You must check in at city hall for admittance. Both the Park and Museum are open year-round. Brochures are available at City Hall and at Echo businesses. Donations accepted.
