The Echo Museum is located in a Beaux Arts style building, which is itself a work of art, with marble floors and counters and wrought iron tellers' cages unaltered since construction in 1920. The one-time bank, with its marble exterior and wrought iron accents, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The museum houses a variety of relics from pioneer tools, and farm implements to newspapers, historic photographs, and large collection of Native Americans artifacts.
