Lowell State Park is situated east of Eugene off Highway 58, alongLookout Point & Dexter Lakes. Visitors to this park will enjoy picnicking, fishing, boating, as well as a short walking trail, boat access, and a marina.

Special Features: Marina/Moorage Facilities, Reservable Picnic Shelter.

Location: North side of Dexter Reservoir. Take Highway 58 through Pleasant Hill. Seven miles past Pleasant Hill turn left at the covered bridge. Go through Lowell and turn left on Pengra Road and proceed for about 0.5 mile to the park.
