Oregon Snowsport Industries Association

Perhaps no other state welcomes Old Man Winter like Oregon. Others may deplore his boisterous, billowing storms that cast deep white shrouds on any mountain or foothill that dares to stand in the way. But we know that beneath his gloomy facade, there's a sunny-faced fellow who loves to watch us zoom down a steep glade, wander along a frosted forest trail, or hit Sis with a giant snowball.

The Oregon Snowsport Industries Association is committed to promoting cold-weather recreation throughout the state. The many facets of snowsports are detailed in the Official Oregon Snowsports Directory, available from Oregon Tourism Commission by calling their information request line at 1-800-547-7842, or by visiting their Web site.
