This eight-mile trail is located within the
Siuslaw National Forest, within the Mt. Hebo Special Interest Area. Visitors can experience open meadows, heavy forest, and a trail used by the first Tillamook County settlers. The trail offers a spectacular view of the Pacific ocean and the Cascade mountains. Horses are permitted on the trail. There is horse trailer parking. Rated difficult. Open year round. Contact the
