Hundreds of thousands of visitors visit the garden annually. The gardens are in Washington Park, overlooking Portland from the west hills, only a few yards from the Japanese Garden. The garden is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The Washington Park Rose Garden Store is located at the top of the garden to the south of the parking area.
