Bridge of the Gods

Search Cascade Locks Oregon

Named after the huge rocks that lie beneath the river's water and represent the remnants of a legendary natural bridge. The scenic bridge across the Columbia River joining Cascade Locks and Stevenson WA was built in 1926 and raised in 1938 to provide clearance for water rising behind Bonneville Dam.
