Cardinal Newman School is a co-educational institution providing a well-rounded education in a college preparatory atmosphere for students in grades seven through twelve. Originally established in 1858 by the Ursuline Sisters, Cardinal Newman was operated on the parish grounds of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Columbia as Ursuline and Catholic High Schools respectively until moving to its current location in 1962. Located in beautiful Forest Acres, South Carolina, the facilities include the main school building, chapel, three science labs, two computer labs, library, guidance center, gymnasium, stadium and athletic field.
