Hank's Seafood Restaurant is located in a turn-of-the-century warehouse overlooking the Historic Market. Restaurant recreates a classic Charleston fish house with an old fashioned saloon-style bar and an exhibition raw bar. The menu offers southern specialties such as Fried Seafood Platters, Low Country Bouillabaisse and She Crab Soup. Chef's specialties include roast grouper, rare seared tuna, grilled salmon, herbed pan seared chicken breast, and 12 ounce New York strip.
