The Moore Memorial Museum offers visitors many artifacts and photographs and a glimpse into
Lake City's past and present. Work is being done on the new Lake City Museum, to be located in the Old Bean Market.
The museum offers changing exhibits in a renovated house, circa 1928, featuring a children's room, art room, an exhibit on all of South Carolina's state governors and other collectibles and artifacts.
The museum is open from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. every Sunday and by special appointment.
