The Williamsburg County Museum is on the Register of Historic Places and is situated in the Williamsburg Historic District. The building was added to the list in 1966. The building is of a Georgian-style and is privately owned. The building is now a museum for recreation and cultural enrichment. The museum houses archives and artifacts, as well as historical maps. Please call for hours. The museum is free to the public.
