Eureka Pioneer Museum |
The area's German-Russian heritage is depicted in this museum through displays of antique farm machinery, military memorabilia, furniture and domestic items from the pioneer era. The museum grounds include six other historic buildings; a country schoolhouse, a church, and a sod house and barns can be visited in addition to the main building. Special tours are available by appointment only, on days that the museum is closed to the public. Open mid-April through mid-November; closed Mondays and Tuesdays. No admission is charged to visit the museum.
