Established in 1988, the Hanson Gallery features the work of regional and nationally acclaimed artists in different media. Two formal galleries house the presentation of fine art and sculptural works; additional gallery space houses fine crafts including jewelry, art glass, wood, ceramics, and mixed media. It features one of the south's largest collections of molding samples available for custom framing.
Services include over 3000 molding choices, museum/conservation framing, art restoration, picture lights/incandescent and halogen, frame restoration, oversized presentation, and vacuum mounting. Featured artists are Robert Batey, Anne Blair Brown, Edward Kellogg, Robin Surber, Christine Peloquin, John Woodrow Kelley, and Joe Parrott.
