Knoxville Museum of Art

Located downtown on World's Fair Park Drive, this is a regional fine arts museum that hosts traveling exhibitions from around the world and displays selections from its permanent collection of contemporary American art. In a three story Tennessee pink marble and glass building, the museum includes five galleries, gardens, the Exploratory Gallery and the Great Hall overlooking World's Fair Park. Lectures, walking tours, concerts and art workshops are offered. Food is available.

Open Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday 10am-5pm, Friday 10am-9pm, Sunday noon-5pm; closed major holidays.
