Located 4.5 miles west via Memorial Drive, then .5 miles south. Housed in the former home of philanthropist Miss Ima Hogg, a collection of decorative arts are displayed in 28 room settings that trace the evolution in American style from the Colonial period to the mid-19th-century. The collection contains more than 4,800 works, including ceramics, furniture, glass, metals, paintings and textiles. Fourteen acres of woodlands and formal gardens with imported and native plants surround the historic house.
