San Antonio Texas
Includes four missions along the Mission Trail. These 18th-century missions, in addition to Mission San Antonio
de Valero, were Spain's outposts along its northern frontier. Together they were the heart of the country's efforts to colonize its possessions in North America. Each has an active parish church.
A map of the Mission Trail driving route is available from San Antonio Visitor Information Center.
