Double waterfalls drop over six-hundred feet and can be seen from scenic highway pull-outs. Many hiking trails begin at the falls.
During the winter months, an ice fall forms to the right of the regular falls. This is used by ice climbers throughout the world, and has been named the Stairway to Heaven.
