This museum features realistic and life-sized dinosaur sculptures, skeletons, paintings and fossil displays. Highlights include the History Hall of Hollywood Dinosaur Movies, which features dinosaur movie memorabilia covering silent films to modern high-tech dinosaur films. Visitors will also enjoy paleontology exhibits that include dinosaur eggs, fossilized dinosaur skin, a 360-pound meteorite, and a fossilized tree that is over 275 million years old. The museum is open Monday - Saturday, from 9 to 5, from April 15 to October 15, including holidays. The hours are extended for the summer months of June, July, and August from 8 to 8. Special group rates are available for tours of 10 or more persons. Guided group tours are available with reservations. Located just off Hwy 191.
