Located in the Rocky Mountain portion of Utah, this 48-mile route encompasses Hwy 31 from Fairview to Huntington. Visitors travel through the
Manti-La Sal National Forest and Wasatch Plateau to a 10,000-foot elevation; featured on this route are high elevation lakes and areas of scenic geologic, recreational and cultural importance. The byway connects with the Eccles Canyon Scenic Byway (Hwy 264) as well as the famed Skyline Drive. The roads provide additional access to the fisherman's destination of Electric Lake and the historic town of Scofield.
