The 638-acre Millsite State Park takes in a secluded 435-acre lake, at the mouth of the scenic Ferron Canyon. Water-oriented recreation is the focus of this park; visitors enjoy sandy beaches and a boat ramp, as well as camping and picnicking areas that feature two group-use pavilions. Other facilities include modern bathrooms and showers, as well as a sanitary disposal station. The park also offers access to excellent mountain biking and off-road vehicle areas. A 9-hole golf course is located within the park; open year-round.
