This is a strenuous six-mile hike to the summit of 11,928-foot Mt Nebo, located within the
Uinta National Forest. Magnificent alpine scenery and outstanding views of the surrounding valleys make the hike well worth while; the trailhead begins about 10 miles northeast of Nephi, off Hwy 132, near the Ponderosa Forest Campground.
